History of INDUSTRADE Group started by the establishment of PT Industrade International popularly known as INDUSTRADE in 1972. At that time it focused on electrical components importing and trading, engineering and services.
Align with the corporate development strategy; PT Industrade International is currently also positioned as the holding company of INDUSTRADE Group. it still maintains general trading activities as its traditional core competencies under a General trading business unit. Beside that, there is an IT business unit, which is focusing on Consulting, Application Development and Systems Integration. INDUSTRADE group members are subsidiaries and sister companies, or companies and organizations that have strategic planning and operations management within INDUSTRADE Group.
INDUSTRADE Group has been doing some diversifications in various industrial sectors, including manufacturing and assembling through its subsidiary namely INDUSTIRA (PT Industira). At this moment, electrical equipment distribution, trading, contracting, engineering and services are covered through PT Industrade Prima Elektrik (IPE). Freight forwarding and cargo services are done through PT Industrade Mandiri Express, which is popularly known as IMEX. On the other hand, Industrade is also managing strategic planning and operations of NIDEA and AL-MUAMALAH, which provide health services in a form of pharmacy and medical consultation, and other education services.
